PLEASE READ CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION CAREFULLY:
Custom Orders
When placing an order for custom items, please include the date by which you need to receive your order. This date should not be the same as your event date, as we cannot guarantee delivery in time for same-day events. If the date provided is the day of the event, T6 Dzns is not responsible for items that do not arrive on time.
For orders totaling $300 or more, the following additional steps are required:
- A signed contract will be required from the purchaser.
- At T6 Dzns discretion, we may also request a valid photo ID and the matching credit/debit card used for purchase to help prevent fraudulent activity.
Proof & Approval Policy
To ensure your custom design meets your expectations, we ask that you provide clear and specific design instructions at the time of ordering. Please email any inspiration photos, invitations, sample designs, or other visual references.
A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before printing begins. You may request minor edits such as:
- Correcting spelling errors
- Adjusting colors
- Modifying photo placement
- Changing small design elements or fonts
Major design changes—such as switching the overall theme, changing an already edited photo, altering item selections, or multiple complex edits—will incur a design fee starting at $15.
We allow up to 72 hours for proof approval. If no response is received within that time, the order will proceed and be shipped as-is.
Chargebacks
If there are any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly at t6dznsllc@gmail.com. Our goal is to resolve all matters amicably and professionally.
Please note:
- If a chargeback is filed through your financial institution, you will no longer be permitted to place orders with T6 Dzns. Any future orders will also be canceled.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through legal action if necessary.
